Clubs are proposing that some teams are promoted using PPG from the last 2 seasons' results in order to fill gaps in the restructured pyramid.
Their proposal would see no clubs relegated.

DID YOU KNOW:
Despite Women's step 3-7 being null & void, the FA did permit a "movement" of clubs based on their "on-field playing record". In total 17 clubs were promoted.
It is common practice for the FA to move clubs in order to restructure, even after an incomplete season.
DID YOU KNOW:
When last season's Step 3-6 (and Step 3 & below for Women's game) were declared null & void, it was stated PPG couldn't be used as there was no precedent for using PPG on an incomplete season.
Weeks later, all 3 National League's, League One & League Two used PPG.
This is the best solution to non-league situation I’ve seen by far! Reward the best clubs and punish none!
Really hope @laurencecj @jamesdearl, Trident Leagues, Alliance committee etc let common sense prevail and present this as an option to clubs!

Utterly shameful profiteering off some of the country's most disadvantaged kids!
The fact that someone in the government approved this contract shows just how out of touch they are, and/or how little they care.
This is literally taking food out of the mouths of some of our most vulnerable in exchange for maximised private-contract profit!

So important that ANYONE who cares about football listens to this. The lower leagues of the English game are being forgotten & tossed aside in this pandemic.
